There have been recent issues accessing our FTP site due to updates to Internet Explorer and the growing use of Mozilla Firefox. If you are experiencing problems accessing our FTP site, the following steps should allow you to access our site:

   1. Go to your "Start" Menu on the bottom right of your screen and click
   2. Click on "My Computer"
   3. In the new window that has opened, there should be an address bar near the top, enter the following there:
       ftp://ftp.earthcalc.com   and press enter or "Go"
   4. You will be prompted for a username and password, they are:
       Username: ecpublic
       Password: 945gbreaker
       Then click "Log On"
   5. You will be taken to an ecpublic folder, navigate to the FTP-Dropbox folder, create a new folder with the name of your
       project, and copy the files you are sending into it.
